Nine Army, Law-Enforcement, Civilian Martyrs Laid to Rest

DAMASCUS, (SANA)- The bodies of nine army, law-enforcement and civilian martyrs were escorted on Thursday from Tishreen and Aleppo Military Hospitals and Sweida National hospital to their final resting place.

Solemn funeral processions were held for the martyrs who were targeted by armed terrorist groups while they were in the line of duty in Damascus Countryside, Daraa, and Homs.

Lieutenant Colonel Habess Ali Asslan from Lattakia.

Captain Nawras Shafiq Raheia from Lattakia.

Second Lieutenant Rami Ali Khalil from Homs.

Policeman Amjad Nazeh Abu Lutf from Sweida.

Conscript Ahmad Khalaf al-Ali from Raqqa.

Conscript Yousef Yehiya Touqan from Hasaka.

Conscript Ismael Ahmad Salem from Hama.

Policeman Mahmoud Nabil al-Fanda from Homs.

Civilian Rami Hasan Mohammad from Tartous.

The families of martyrs underscored that the blood of martyrs will further strengthen the homeland against challenges, stressing that they will go ahead on the road of martyrdom to foil the conspiracy hatched against Syria.

They also stressed their faith in the ability of the Syrian army in foiling the plot.
