PROVINCES, (SANA)- An armed terrorist group on Sunday targeted with an explosive device a bus on Raqqa-Aleppo road conveying a number of officers and warrant officers from one of the military units, causing the martyrdom of one and the injury of 42 others.

An official source in Aleppo told SANA reporter that Sergeant Mohammad Abdul-Hamid al-Ar succumbed to his wounds while 42 others were injured including 13 officers, adding that three wounded are in critical condition.

The source added that the engineering units estimated that the explosive device weighs 50 kg, pointing out that the units dismantled two other explosives weighing 25 kg each at the site were prepared to be detonated by remote.

Two Law-enforcement Members Assassinated in Deir Ezzor

An armed terrorist group assassinated law-enforcement member, Warrant Officer Fadi Sarem in al-Mayadeen in Deir Ezzor.

A terrorist sniper assassinated Chief Warrant Officer Hussein al-Sarmini from the law-enforcement forces in al-Bukamal City.

Armed Terrorist Group Assassinates Two Employees and University Professor in Homs

Meanwhile, an armed terrorist group assassinated two employees at a Homs branch of the Hama-based Scientific Research Center in Hama.

SANA correspondent said that the armed terrorist group targeted the bus carrying the employees near al-Mukhtariyeh village in Homs Countryside while on their way to their workplace.

A source at the governorate told the correspondent that the two employees are Hassan Salim Ali and Yaser Selman al-Dahan, adding that 10 other employees were injured in the terrorist attack.

Last night, an armed terrorist group assassinated Dr. Issa Mousa, professor at the Faculty of Dermatology at al-Baath University.

SANA correspondent said that the terrorist group shot the martyr in front of his home at al-Sakan al-Shababi neighborhood in Homs.

Two Teachers, Bus Driver  Abducted in Hama

In Hama Countryside, an armed terrorist group abducted two teachers and a bus driver while heading to their workplace in al-Hakoura town in al-Ghab region.

The teachers are Mohsen Yousef Khazam and Nazih Hekmat Ali while the bus driver is Nayef Ya'qoub Abu Dayyoub, SANA correspondent said.

The authorities found an unidentified body for a man in his fifties with a gunshot in the head in Hisham Baseileh Park, south of the stadium in Hama.

Chief Warrant Officer and Civilian Martyred by Terrorist Gunfire in Aleppo

An armed terrorist group opened fire on a car at al-Lermon turnabout in Aleppo, martyring two and injuring a third.

Chief Warrant Officer Hamid Mohammad Mousa and civilian employee Abdullah al-Tawil al-Mohammad were martyred, while Chief Warrant Officer Asaad Kazakli was injured in the attack.

Train Loaded with Wheat Targeted in Idleb, Crew Injured

Meanwhile, in Idleb Province an armed terrorist group targeted a train loaded with wheat used in bread making in the area between Mhambel and Beshmaroun in Idleb Countryside, causing the injury of the train crew and material damages.

SANA reporter quoted Director General of Syrian Railways George Moqaabari as saying that six persons of the crew were injured, one in critical condition and about 75 meters of the railway were damaged by the explosion.

Moqaabari added that the railway was seriously damaged as the transferring of fuel to Aleppo halted, pointing out that this line is used to transfer fuel needed for operating Aleppo electricity station. The armed terrorist groups launched several attacks against the railways since the beginning of the events in several areas, including a passengers train which was on his way from Aleppo to Damascus carrying 500 persons in al-Sawda at Qazhil area near Homs last July.

Early in October, another shipment train was targeted in Aubin area at Idleb Countryside, causing the injury of its driver and his assistant.

Terrorists Attack Police Station in Daraa, Body of Abducted Citizen Found

An armed terrorist group attacked the police station of the town of Jadal in Ezra'a area in Daraa, injuring policeman Fadi Mohammad Saleh.

The body of citizen Ali al-Turk, 43 years old, was found buried in fields in al-Ghariya al-Sharkia area.

The body of al-Turk, who was abducted by terrorists from the town of al-Kark several days ago, was disfigured and mutilated.
