PROVINCES, (SANA)_ Brigadier General Hassan Abdullah al-Ibrahim from the E-Warfare management on Sunday was martyred when an armed terrorist group opened fire at his car while he was heading to his work in Talfita, Rankous, in Damascus countryside. First Lieutenant Yamen Khaddour was also martyred in the attack.

SANA correspondent quoted an official source as saying that Lieutenant General Hussein al-Nasser, Sergeant Major Ziad al-Hamad and Sergeant Major Khudor Saffieh were injured.

Eleven persons killed, three wounded by fires of armed group at Ashira, Homs

Eleven persons were martyred today and three others wounded after an armed  terrorist group fired bullets and RPG launchers on a civilian bus at Ashira neighborhood in Homs.

An official source told SANA reporter that the armed group fired bullets at the bus, killing the bus driver, then they fired RPGs on it, setting the bus ablaze and killing 11 passengers whose identities were unknown because their bodies were charred.

The reporter added that the three wounded persons have been able to leave the bus before burning it.

Law Enforcement Member Martyred, 3 Citizens Injured in Explosive Device Blast in Daraa Countryside

Meanwhile in Daraa countryside, Omar Rashid, a member of law enforcement forces, was martyred and three citizens were injured in an explosive device blast. The device was planted by an armed terrorist group near Atman military gas station.

An official source told SANA correspondent that the military engineering units in the southern province dismantled another explosive device planted in the same place.

The source added that an armed terrorist gang sabotaged and burned Atman Municipality building and a school in the town.

Civil Employee Martyred, Policeman and 2 Civilians Injured in Terrorist Attack in Homs

In the central province of Homs, a civil employee working at Homs Traffic Branch was martyred and a law enforcement member and two civilians were injured in an attack on two minibuses by an armed terrorist group near the Military Hospital.

An informed source told SANA correspondent in Homs that a terrorist group targeted two minibuses working on Homs-Misyaf line, killing Ma'n Ali Wassouf, who is a civil employee at the Traffic Branch in the province and injuring policeman Numir Salloum Hallaq from the Police Command and two other civilians.

2 Law Enforcement Members, a Civil Employee Martyred, a Nurse Injured by Terrorists' Gunfire in Hama

In Hama province, central Syria, two members of law enforcement forces and a civil worker were martyred and a nurse was injured when an armed terrorist gang attacked their car on Souran-Hama road.

SANA correspondent reported an official source in the province as saying that members of an armed terrorist gang opened fire at the car while passing on Souran-Hama road, causing the martyrdom of Yasir Mihrez al-Ahmad and Ra'if Ramadan from the law enforcement forces and the civil employee Ali Ramadan al-Hassan and the injury of nurse Salimeh Dirgham.

Authorities Seize Two Trucks Loaded with Weapons and Ammunition in Raqqa

The competent authorities in Raqqa Province seized two trucks loaded with automatic rifles, launchers, propellant charges and magazines hided in secret hideouts in Ma'adan Atiq area and al-Rasasa area in al-Badia.

An official source told SANA that the first truck was seized in Ma'adan Atiq area in Raqqa and it included secret hideouts, inside which the authorities found 50 RPG launchers, 46 propellant charges, 75 empty magazines and seven automatic rifles.

The source added that the secret hideouts of the second truck was loaded with 35 Russian rifles and 75 empty magazines, indicating that Hama Badia (semi desert).
