Reality Cinema Days DOX BOX 2010 Announces Movie Lineup and Guests of Honor

Damascus, (SANA) – The Reality Cinema Days (DOX BOX 10) festival announced the lineup for the 2010 festival, which will include 45 of the most important documentaries from around the world.

The movies in this year's festival will be presented through a number of themed events, first of which is the "Official Selection" event in which the documentaries will be competing for the audience choice award, in addition to the "Voices from Syria" event which will include Syrian documentaries.

The main events will be accompanied by other side events will accompany under various titles such as "The Working Class Goes to Heaven" and "Men and Women", in addition to "Best of the Fest" which will present a number of award-winning documentaries from past years.

The festival's guests include US directors Donn Alan "D. A." Pennebaker and Chris Hegedus, in addition to Chilean director Patricio Guzman.

This festival is organized by Pro Action Films, and it will take place in Damascus from March 3 to 11, while in Homs it will take place from March 4 to 6, and from March 5 to 7 in Tartous.
