Czech Communist Party Member Criticizes Foreign Interference in Syria, Misleading Media Campaign

May 04, 2012

PRAGUE, (SANA) – Member of Central Committee of the Communist Party in Czech, Milan Krajca, criticized attempts of foreign interference in Syria's internal affairs.

Speaking at a symposium at the Communist Party headquarters, he said that Syria is facing a misleading media campaign similar to that which faced Iraq, Yugoslavia and Libya before that West attacks them, adding that the situation in Syria is totally different from what is being broadcast by Czech and western media.

Krajca hailed the amity and national unity among the Syrian people, adding that when he visited Damascus among the World Peace Council delegation, the life in the city was normal and calm.

He displayed images and videos on the life in Damascus and the delegation's meetings with several political and religious leaderships and Syrian citizens in Damascus and Lattakia.
