Cabinet condemns terrorist suicide bombings of al-Marjeh

DAMASCUS, (SANA)-The Cabinet on Tuesday condemned the terrorist suicide explosions which took place in al-Marjeh today, claiming the lives of many citizens and wounding scores others.

"The cowardly act came as a result of the bankruptcy of the armed terrorist groups and those who stand behind them after the distinguished victories of the Army all over Syria," The Cabinet said during a weekly session led by Prime Minister Wael al-Halqi.

It reiterated that the government seeks to deliver the nutritional materials to all citizens in the country, boosting the national economy resources and developing the human resources.

Deputy Premier, Foreign and Expatriates Minister Walid al-Moallem briefed the Cabinet on a comprehensive political review dealing with all different political developments and the positive impact of the victories of the Syrian Army on the international arena.

He affirmed that the national dialogue conference in Syria is the only way out of the crisis.

Cabinet Condemns Terrorist Explosions in Iraq

In a relevant context, the Cabinet condemned with the strongest terms the terrorist bombings which hit a number of the Iraqi cities on Monday, claiming the lives of scores of innocents.

"Those explosions aim at destabilizing Iraq, but we are confident that the brotherly country of Iraq will defeat those acts perpetrated by Jabhat al-Nusra and al-Qaeda," the Cabinet added.
