Media Source: No Secret Meeting between a Representative of President al-Assad and a Party of Opposition

Feb 25, 2013

DAMASCUS, (SANA)- A media source on Sunday dismissed as untrue reports circulated by some media outlets claiming that a secret meeting took place between a figure representing President Bashar al-Assad and a party of the opposition abroad.

The source stressed that no such meeting occurred with any party of the opposition.

Websites claimed that a representative of President al-Assad secretly met Ahmad Mu'az al-Khateeb, Chairman of Doha coalition, outside Syria.
