HOMS, TARTOUS, (SANA) – The sub-committee tasked with setting the mechanisms for calling the political forces in Homs to dialogue held its first meetings with political, social, cultural and partisan forces in the province on Saturday.
Homs Governor Ahmad Munir Mohammad said that the enemies of Syria are trying to prevent the national dialogue as it leads to solving the crisis.
The participants stressed the need for the dialogue to meet the needs of the society, calling for holding meetings on weekly basis as to reach the appropriate vision on the national dialogue process and ways to solve the crisis.
In Tartous, the sub-committee continued its meetings for the third consecutive day.
Tartous governor Nizar Ismael Mousa stressed the importance of holding meetings with all of the society's sectors and political forces.
The participants said that the political program to solve the crisis preserves the national sovereignty, calling for compensating the families affected by the terrorist acts of the armed terrorist groups.
Sweida Sub-Committee Continue meetings
Sweida sub-committee tasked with tasked with setting the mechanisms for calling the political forces in Sweida to dialogue met with religious figures in the province as to discuss the process of holding the national dialogue.
Sweida Governor Dr. Atef Naddaf stressed that the committee will continue its meetings with all forces as to set the ground for the holding of the national dialogue.
For their part, the clergymen called all the Syrians to participate in the dialogue and stand against violence and terrorism.
They called upon all the Syrian spectrum to support the political program to0 solve the crisis in the country and to spare no effort in stemming the bloodshed and renouncing violence and terrorism.
