LATTAKIA, (SANA) – Minister of State for National Reconciliation Affairs, Ali Haidar, stressed that the national reconciliation and solving the crisis in Syria became the responsibility of all Syrians.

Meeting the national reconciliation committee in Lattakia on Thursday, Haidar called for forming subcommittees in provinces, stressing the need for forming workshops and real dialogue sessions to exchange viewpoints that serve the interest of the homeland.

Minister Haidar said that the preparatory stage is the most important stage to implement the political program, hailing the achievements of the Syrian Arab Army on the ground to put an end to the crisis and the conflict on Syria.

He added that the door is open to all those who want to dialogue despite their different opinions as the goal of change is to reach a stronger country.

In turn, Secretary of al-Baath Arab Socialist Party branch in Lattakia, Mohammad Shreitah, said that the political program and dialogue guarantee the way out of the crisis, stressing confidence in Syria's ability to achieve victory.

Lattakia Governor, Suleiman al-Nasser called upon all Syrians to shoulder their responsibilities to get out of the crisis.

The participants called for setting up mechanisms to start dialogue.
