DAMASCUS, (SANA) – Minister of Social Affairs and Labor and Head of Higher Commitee for Relief, Jassim Mohammed Zakarya, stressed the Commitee's keenness to provide the basic requirements of the temporary residential centers through regular field follow-up in term of guaranteeing a decent accommodation for them.
During a tour of the temporary residential centers in Damascus on Thursday, the Minister said that this visit comes in the framework of providing all the basic winter needs to the residents, in addition to addressing the shortage in some materials.
The minister pointed out that the sub-committees in the provinces are tasked with visiting all the temporary residential centers in all areas to inspect the situation of the families and medical services.
For his part, the State Minister for the Syrian Arab Red Crescent Affairs, Joseph Sweid, that the field tour of the residential centers comes to follow up on the situation of the temporary residential centers and means of supplying them with the food and medical needs.
