QUNEITRA, (SANA) - A number of houses in the occupied town of Majdal Shams were damaged as soldiers of the Israeli occupation conducted military exercises on the terraces of Jabal al-Sheikh (Mount Hermon) near the town.

Citizen Kamal Ibrahim told SANA correspondent that the bullets passed through the walls of his house near the gas pipelines which might caused a catastrophe if they exploded.

He added that several houses in the town were damaged and the wheezing of bullets caused panic among the inhabitants.

The released prisoner Atta Farhat from the occupied village of Baqatha said that the occupation army holds military exercises with live-ammunition near residential areas of the occupied Golan which included missile bombardment.

He added that the occupation intensified its exercises near the occupied village of Majdal Shams with the aim of pressing on the inhabitants to bow down to its schemes.
