DAMASCUS, (SANA) - The People's Assembly (the Parliament) on Thursday strongly condemned the terrorist acts carried out by the armed terrorist groups, considering that the terrorist act with which Damascus wake up, as the final part of the clear conspiracy against the steadfast Syria.

In a statement, the People's Assembly called upon parliaments of the world to quickly move for halting the systematic and bloody terrorism and violence that have killed thousands of martyrs and victims.

The Parliament calls upon the international organizations and commissions to shoulder their responsibilities through a special conference that supports the UN Envoy Kofi Annan's plan with all its points which aim at ending the crisis in Syria and paving the way for a political solution through a national dialogue to complete the comprehensive reform led by President Bashar al-Assad.

The Syrian Parliament calls upon all Arab and international parliaments to pressure the regimes that support the terrorist groups in Syria through supplying them with weapons, money and media technologies and to stop shedding the Syrian blood in order to restore stability and security.

Golanese Condemn Damascus Twin Explosions

In the occupied Syrian Golan, the Golanese condemned the twin explosions hit Damascus, killing dozens and injuring hundreds.

In a statement, they offered condolences to the martyrs' families and wished quick recovery to the injured, denouncing the criminal acts taking place in Syria under the fake motto of freedom brought by the USA and the west to the region.

The Popular Commission for Librating Golan also condemned the twin blasts, calling upon the Syrian Government to accelerate putting an end to terrorism and terrorists.

The Commission pointed out that these acts will not affect the Syrian determination to defend their homeland.
