President al-Assad Grants General Amnesty for All Penalties Provided in Some Articles of Military Service Law

DAMASCUS, (SANA) – President Bashar al-Assad issued on Wednesday  legislative decree No. 30 for 2012 granting a general amnesty for all penalties provided in some articles of the Military Service Law and Military Penal Code.

Syrian TV Channel will host a symposium to explain the details of this legislative decree after the main news bulletin.
