Wednesday weather forecast: Temperatures continue to drop, rain showers expected

Damascus, SANA – The temperatures continue to drop but remain around average or slightly above, according to the Meteorology Department.

It expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and that there might be local rain showers in the northwestern and al-Jazeera areas, noting that the weather will be misty in the eastern and al-Badyia “desert” areas.

The wind will be westerly to southwesterly of moderate speed and the sea waves will be medium in height.

Tomorrow, the temperatures will remain around average in most areas, with a chance of rain showers in the northwestern areas at night.

The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 31/17, Daraa 30/17, Homs 28/15, Lattakia 23/15, Aleppo 28/15 and Deir Ezzor 32/18.
