Damascus, SANA – President Bashar al-Assad issued on Thursday the legislative decree no. 114 for 2016 establishing a fund affiliated to the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority that will be called “All-Inclusive Service Support Fund”.

The financially independent fund will be responsible for implementing the state policy on providing all-inclusive services, which include providing certain general communication services to all members of the society in all areas that are suitable in terms of the price and quality, according to terms set by the Authority.
