Aleppo, SANA – SANA correspondent in Aleppo Qussai Razzouk and a number of journalists were injured in a terrorist attack on a bus transporting them in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

A source at the province said that terrorists targeted with a cmortar shell a bus which was transporting the journalists in the area surrounding Maarsit al-Khan village as they were returning from covering popular celebrations after breaking terrorists-imposed siege over Nubbul and al-Zahra towns.

The source added that the shell landed near the bus and the journalists were hit by shrapnel, among them Razzouk and Walid Hanya, reporter of the Syrian al-Ikhbariya TV channel.

A medical source in Aleppo Health Directorate said that the journalists’ injures range from minor to moderate.

Earlier Wednesday, the army sealed an important victory by breaking the long time terrorist siege of Nubbul and al-Zahraa towns in the northern countryside of Aleppo province, which followed a series of other previous victories.
