President al-Assad issues law permitting licensed companies, private cars to transport passengers according to e-application system

Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad issued on Wednesday law No.16 for 2021, allowing licensed companies and small cars “tourist” and meduim size “micro-buses” whose passengers don’t exceed 10 and registered in the private transport category, to transport passengers according to electronic application system.
