Arnous: Ministerial statement focuses on issues affecting daily life of the Syrians

Damascus, SANA- Prime Minister Hussein Arnous said that the priorities of government’s work have included several points that affect the daily life of the citizen.

“The priorities include means of enhancing the constituents of national steadfastness, improving living conditions and providing basic materials, price stability , oil derivatives, gas and electricity ,solving the drinking water problem, providing medicine, and facing the Coronavirus pandemic,” Arnous added in a speech before the People’s Assembly about the government statement.

He affirmed that the statement also included the national program for administrative reform, transparency enhancement and anti-corruption program and judicial reform program.

Arnous pointed out that despite all the direct damages that affected Syria as a result of the terrorist war waged against it, and the losses reached about SYP 8, 594 trillion and indirect losses are about SYP 36.227 trillion, the state is still determined to fulfill its duty to provide support to the products and basic services for the Syrian people in various fields.
