Peskov: Responsibility for the situation in Idleb falls on Turkey

Moscow, SANA – Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov reiterated that the responsibility for the tense situation in Idleb falls on the Turkish side as per the Sochi agreements.

In a statement to journalists on Monday, Peskov said that talks scheduled for Tuesday between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will focus on Russian affairs in particular due to the tense situation in Idleb.

Perskov said that Putin is concerned over the increasing rate of terrorist attacks launched from Idleb, attacks which cannot be stopped without eliminating terrorists.
