Damascus, SANA- Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade Humam al-Jazaeri underlined the importance of activating economic relations, raising the volume of trade exchange with friendly countries, saying exporting process supports the Syrian economy and is considered as a carrier to it during the crisis.
Meeting Fi-Arab-Venezuela on Wednesday, al-Jazeri added that Syria has a lot of investment opportunities and products that meet the Venezuelan market, calling for finding joint work mechanisms for the requirements of the current stage.
Venezuelan Ambassador Emad Sa’ab, for his part, pointed out to the importance of promoting trade and economic bilateral relations, particularly because both countries are connected by culture and family ties.
Members of the visiting delegation expressed their support and solidarity with Syria in light of the unfair war to which the country is exposed.
