Enhancing cooperation between SARC, UN discussed  

Damascus, SANA- Head of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) Khaled Hboubati  discussed with UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Head of the Office for Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) Mark Lowcock means to enhance cooperation between SARC and the UN to meet the humanitarian needs in Syria.

Hboubati reviewed the activities and services provided by SARC in all domains over the years of the crisis.

He noted that the organization seeks to reach all the affected people, and that the humanitarian needs in Syria have increased.

He called for further enhancing cooperation to provide the required services to the neediest people, adding that the SARC, backed by its partners, has been able to reach a wide spectrum of the needy people.
