Nazarbayev: Astana talks laid basis for ending hostilities in Syria

Moscow, SANA – Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev said that Astana talks have laid the foundations for ending hostilities in Syria.

Accepting the credentials of ambassadors of a number of countries in Astana, Nazarbayev said that Astana process laid the basis for the cessation of hostilities in Syria and constitutes, along with other process, a major contribution to establishing peace, security and development all over the world.
